Have a look at our calendar below to see if the hall is free when you want it. If you are a new user and want to make a booking then click on the date you require and off you go! Please note that we have a fixed term-time booking with a few additional Holiday Club dates between 8:00am and 6:00pm for the whole building by Lyminge Preschool.
We will do our best to facilitate short notice bookings but we can’t guarantee this as we need to organise coverage and cleaning.

Hire Charges & Sessions
Our hire charges have been frozen for many years, however, our recent refurbishment and the energy price increase has led us to increase prices. This will be publically reviewed during the course of the year and we aim to bring prices down again as soon as we can afford it.
- Weekday Hall £27.20 morning, afternoon and evening sessions £88.40 Friday evening
- Weekend Hall £47.60 morning or afternoon sessions £88.40 evening
- Kitchen £15
- Harry Storey Meeting room £20
- Whole Hall, whole weekend £450
Sessions 8am – 12:45pm, 1pm – 5:45pm, 6pm – 11:45pm
